By ordering a commission you agree to these Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse your commission order for any reason with or without explanation. If payment was sent before I declined, you will receive a full refund.

I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence commissions started on older terms.

I may use the designs or commissions I have drawn in my portfolio or for personal promotion. I will not reclaim designs once the purchase has been made final, but the art remains mine.

You are free to contact me at any point for updates on your commission

You may print or reproduce the art for personal use, but you may not sell the art in any form or use it in any way for commercial purposes. (EXAMPLE: You may print the art on a t-shirt for yourself or your friends to wear, but you may not sell the t-shirt)

Commercial rights can be discussed and negotiated on a case by case basis.

My work may not be used for the purpose of training AI image generators or for the creation of NFTs

Offensive characters/charicatures/etc.

Excessive gore

Once you purchase a design, you are free to alter it in any way.

You must credit me for the original design and original artwork. If it is uploaded to places like Toyhou.se or Art Fight, please credit me there. You do not need to credit me every time the design is drawn.

When purchasing a design from me you obtain all rights to said design, including commercial. You may not use my original artwork of the design commercially, but the design itself is yours to use as you see fit.

Payment is expected in full before I begin work on a commission

All payment will be done through Paypal invoicing. Do not send money directly to me until I ask.

Alternative payment methods can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis

If you decide to cancel your order, and work has not progressed past the sketch phase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Past the sketch phase you may cancel your order for a refund up to half of the total cost

Completed commissions cannot be refunded

If you cancel your commission, you forfeit all rights to any of the artwork made for that commission. (EXAMPLE: If you cancel your commission after a sketch has been drawn, you forfeit rights to the sketch and may not use it )
